Important Notice

2 Account Registration and Verification

To create an account at bj77vip, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being suspended or closed. Each player may create only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If bj77vip detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all accounts and confiscate winnings.

During registration, you must create a unique username and strong password. Do not share your login information with anyone, and if you believe your account has been compromised, notify bj77vip support team immediately. You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account.

Bj77vip may request documents such as national ID card, passport, driving license, or utility bill at any time to verify your identity and age. This process is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and helps prevent money laundering and fraud. If you fail to provide the requested documents, your account may be restricted and withdrawals held.

3 Deposits and Payments

Bj77vip supports multiple payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account. You may only use your own payment methods, and third-party payments are not accepted. bj77vip reserves the right to investigate and cancel any suspicious transactions if necessary.

There are minimum and maximum limits for deposits that may vary depending on the payment method. bj77vip does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may charge. All money deposited into your account will be added to your gaming balance, and you can use it to play any game.

4 Withdrawals and Payouts

Bj77vip lets you withdraw your winnings quickly and securely. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours and reach your account in 1-5 business days depending on the payment method. First-time withdrawals may take additional time for identity verification.

To withdraw, you must fully verify your account and meet all bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and the maximum amount depends on your VIP level. bj77vip generally does not charge any withdrawal fees, but charges may apply for some payment methods.

You must withdraw using the same method you deposited with whenever possible. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, bj77vip will discuss alternative payment methods with you. All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed, and bj77vip reserves the right to hold payments if any suspicious activity is found.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bj77vip regularly offers bonuses and promotions such as welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements that you must comply with. Before claiming a bonus, be sure to read and understand the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.

Wagering requirements refer to how many times you must play through the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must bet a total of BDT 30,000. Not all games contribute equally to wagering, and some games may be excluded entirely.

Bj77vip strictly prohibits bonus abuse. If we suspect that any player is claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or engaging in any other form of bonus abuse, we reserve the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings and close the account. Bonuses have limited validity and must be used within the specified time, otherwise they will expire.

6 Gaming Rules and Fairness

All games at bj77vip come from licensed and reputable game providers. Each game uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures all outcomes are completely random and fair. Neither bj77vip nor any provider can manipulate game results, and every spin, card, or roll is completely independent.

Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage available in the game information. RTP is the amount returned to players over the long term and is a theoretical value. Results in each individual session can differ significantly from the RTP because the games are random.

Bj77vip strictly prohibits any form of fraud, cheating, hacking, or use of bots. If we suspect that any player is playing dishonestly or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, we will suspend the account, confiscate all winnings, and may take legal action. All players must play fairly and follow casino ethics.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

Bj77vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without cause or for any reason. Common reasons include violation of these terms, fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, underage gaming, or any other dishonest activity. If an account is terminated, all winnings and bonuses may be forfeited.

You can close your account at any time by contacting bj77vip support team. Before closing your account, be sure to complete all pending withdrawals and ensure there are no active bonuses on your account. Once the account is closed, you will not be able to log in, and all bonuses and unwithdrawn balance will be forfeited.

If you feel you are developing a gaming problem, you can request self-exclusion. This will close your account for a specified period, and you will not be able to log in. During this time, you will not be able to create new accounts and will not receive any marketing communications from bj77vip.
